An initial fundraising audit and analysis of existing systems/processes, the development of a strategic fundraising plan, and then implementation of that plan over the course of 12 months. This package is ideal for organizations that don't have an existing fundraising plan and/or a fundraiser on staff, and don't have the capacity to take it on themselves.
